First, a quick fact: cell phones are cheaper online. I walked into the Cingular store the other day and saw a phone for $149.99. That day, I went online and found the exact same phone for free! What's better is that the free phone at the Cingular store is actually negative $100.00 online! Yes, that's right, NEGATIVE $100.00, which means that they pay you to get the phone from them! How do they do it? You have to sign a one or two year contract, but that's the same as going to the Cingular store and buying a free phone because you still have to sign a one or two year contract to get that phone for free! The difference is that online stores deal direct, so there is no extreme markup in prices that you see at your local Cingular/Verizon/T-Mobile store. So why would you settle for a plain old phone when you can get a better one for the same price--free!
The one-stop shop for purchasing cell phones online is LetsTalk. It is the most flexible and cheapest source for buying a cell phone because it offers all of the phones from all of the major carriers: Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile, Nextel, and many other minor carriers as well. They also have all the great phones from Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, LG, and many more! LetsTalk is flexible because it offers all of the airtime plans that the carriers offer, as well as family plans!
